New Dreamland Development Ltd is a New Zealand owned family business operated since 2002. We are an efficient construction company specialize in affordable housing development.

As a Master Builder Association member, In the past 18 years we have completed over 450 houses and slowly building up our reputation in the industry through our high commitment to customers.

We have been dedicated ourselves to well-recognized projects such as Addison Park and McLennan Park. By demonstrating our capability with uncompromised quality, and our entire network, we have presented ourselves to be a trustworthy building partner with McConnell Property group over the past 10 years.

Company Structure

New Dreamland Development Ltd started as a family-own business, we have served property industry in New Zealand for over 18 years with directors, Ian Chen and Steven Chen. Ian is currently working on the real estate development in China and provides the main source of funding. Steven runs the core construction and development business in Auckland.
